KABLEWALA appreciates every single time you trust us with your purchase. We want you to have an absolutely hassle-free shopping experience. In case the Products you have received is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described', you can return it if it has any issues while checking in front of Delivery Boy.

You can return the Products if:

*You received a defective Product

*You received a physically damaged Product

*The Product is different from description on the website

*Size issue( If vendor provide the wrong size)

For electronic appliances & mobile phones related issues after usage or after the return policy period, please check if the product is covered under seller warranty or brand warranty:

1.Brand Warranty:

Brand warranty are warranties provided by the brand/manufacturer of the product. Daraz does not take any responsibility for after-sales services provided by the brand/manufacturer. Customers will need to approach the brand directly through their authorized service centers to submit the products for repair/replacement under the warranty conditions. 

2.Seller Warranty: 

Seller warranty are warranties provided directly by the seller who has sold the product to you. Please note that the terms and conditions of this warranty may differ from seller to seller. Customers may check directly with the seller via the chat function on the product page.

All items which can be resold are always eligible for return. The following terms & condition will be applicable for returning Products:

*The Items should not be worn or washed

*Products which were sold as combos or in sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items

*Products should not be used

*Products must be in their original condition

*Items should be unused, unaltered, unsoiled Products with their original tags

*Item must be in the original packaging, in the original condition

Seal open branded electronic items cannot be returned in case of not being happy with the Products as they can’t be resold. Except if the Products is damaged or not working from the start

*In case of branded electronic items, brands’ or e-store merchants return, repair and replacement policy will apply

*For non-branded electronic Products please see the Products condition. On Products details section

*You need to check all non-branded electronic Products when you receive the Products form delivery man (within 24-hour notification is not applicable for non-branded electronic Products)

*The customer must ensure the item is packed and delivered securely. KABLEWALA will not be held responsible if the goods get damaged on their return to KABLEWALA office

With Order ID details and problem e-mail us at support@kablewala.com within 24 hours. We will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process.

Please ensure that Products is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the Products.


Please note that you need to contact us within 24 hours after receiving a faulty or damaged Products, it is very necessary that you contact us via mail and also you have to send us the Products within 7 days. We will bear the return delivery charge.


Refund Policy

KABLEWALA provides the most hassle-free online shopping experience. Your money is safe with us. Refunds are issued when:

*If seller cannot provide replacement

*After return if you want your money back

*If a different Product is delivered to you.

*If you change mind & can cancel booking before the Products is already shipped

*If you don’t want replacement.


Most refunds are fully refunded in 7 days after we receive and process your return.

*If you pay us by using card then we will request a refund in bank which will take 7-10 working days. (credit card payment return may take longer depending on Commercial Banks)

*If you pay us by bkash then your money will be returned by bkash in your desired account within 2-5 working days.

***Dear Customer, because of COVID-19 pandemic, our refund via Online Payment Method (SSLCOMMERZ) takes 10-14 working days as per confirmation of SSLWIRELESS (https://www.sslwireless.com). As banking hours are limited, we also request you to cooperate with us.

Refund are easy, simply follow these steps

*We will confirm the Refund request and will inform you about the process.
